We offer two levels of interpreting services: with and without a contract
With a Contract
You get access to interpreters in 200+ languages 24/7/365 from a landline phone, smartphone app or desktop interface. When you have a contract, you only need to spend $249 per month to have access to our discounted rates, which will save you up to $1.00 a minute. You'll also get access to our toll-free number to access the service from anywhere in the United States, your own account representative who will help get you set up and be your single point of contact for questions or other assignments. You will be able to pre-schedule calls by phone or video up to 30 days in advance. As an additional benefit, you will also get a 10% discount on any translation service or in-person interpretation.
Without a Contract
Without a contract you can access interpreters in 200+ languages 24/7/365 as long as you have an account set up with us and a credit card on file. You pay only for what you use, with no monthly minimums.

Security and Encryption
Transparent Data Encryption encrypts data at the file level and protects the encryption keys with certificates to prevent exposure of stored data. A 256-bit version of SHA encrypts database fields including email addresses, address information, phone numbers and patient personal identifiers. All endpoints for communication are fully encrypted with TSL/SSL. The application is designed pursuant to the best security practices and a variety of IT security standards as well as industry-specific standards including HIPAA and Cloud Security Alliance.
